Methodology

In INC, we have developed a methodology that ensures high-quality, fully customized system for every client.  

We utilises a robust project management methodology that facilitates a swift project commencement and progress through pre-defined stages of a low-risk path designed to achieve high quality results.  It is based on continuous client involvement and remains focussed throughout the project on the delivery of the agreed objectives. Our methodology segments the project life cycle into six main phases designed to maximize quality, system performance and client satisfaction.
 

Listen
We listen to the client needs and objectives, here where we start off. We try to set and shape goals with the client and then incorporates them into a project definition.
    
Study
We identify the technologies and budgets that are applicable to the client objectives. In this phase we optimize a solution that targets the scope, such procedure will eventually produce a set of comments and remarks that are then taken back for discussion and review with the client.
 
Review
In each design phase our clients have an opportunity to revise what have been accomplished and validate it. We then execute any refinements and remarks from the client within the parameters of the project scope, budget and schedule. We finally conclude this phase by producing a statement of work confirming the approval on the designs and the project scope.
 
Execute
Having had all the designs approved, INC Broadcast will then take up the project for execution and implementation. The execution phase includes the procurement of the equipment, the pre-fabrication of the system up to the final system installation, commissioning and testing on site.  
 
Completion
At the completion stage, we manage the system training with the client staff, in which we make sure that our client is equipped with the needed knowledge and understanding on how to run and maintain the system. Finally, We deliver a complete and up to date set of ‘as-built’ project documentation.
