Subject: Network & Desktop Support, Maintenance and Outsourcing Contract 

 

The Ministry of Interior seeking to complete the renewal of maintenance contract with INC Technologies, after the impressive success of the company in the first year where the contract will provide all technical support services and maintenance for computers, printers, servers and network devices as well as provide the ministry with 12 engineers working around the clock (24/7) to serve all facilities, positions and border posts of the state of Kuwait

 

Second Story:

Client name: Kuwait Municipality 

Subject: Desktop Support & Outsourcing Contract 

 

INC Technologies, for the sixth consecutive year, will continue to provide all the technical services of maintenance and repair of computers, printers and servers, along with the supply of all consumables items, where 9 engineers work continuously to maintain a level of customer satisfaction and comfortable working environment in all areas of Kuwait Municipality on the State of Kuwait.

 

Third Story:

Client name: Ministry of Defense – Military Engineering Projects 

Subject: Maintenance and Technical Support Services Contract

 

For Two continuous years, INC Technologies will provide technical services for the Military Engineering Projects at the level of end-user and infrastructure, servers, and securities system, networks, through a professional team work in-house and outside the MOD premises.

 

Fourth Story:

Client name: Kuwait Investment Authority 

Subject: Maintenance and Technical Support  Services  Contract

 

An on-going contract in which 6 engineers working in the Kuwait Investment Authority for 2 years to provide technical support services for the end user with the maintenance of computers, printers and scanners.

 

Fifth Story: 

Client name: Kuwait University – College of Education 

Subject: Servers and Infrastructure Support Contract

 

INC Technologies provided technical support and consultancy service at the level of servers and infrastructure solutions. Due to the level of services, Kuwait University has extended the contract for an additional 6 months.
