AX Pre-Sales Consultant
We look for candidates who can:

Provide support to the regional sales and account management team in their sales efforts
-
Lead and create business solutions at all stages of the sales cycle (through helping with generating written proposals, analysis and design, implementation planning, ROI studies, etc.)

Assume responsibility for the discovery survey to gather requirements to scope out the necessary modules, customization, interfaces, and to prepare for software the demonstration
-
Build the AX solution that best meets the needs of the prospective customer
-
Demonstrate the proposed solution to all levels within an organization
-
Transition notes, details, requirements related to prospects/customers to the implementation delivery team
A strong knowledge of ERP solutions and manufacturing is required. Process manufacturing knowledge a plus!
Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years pre-sales experience in ERP

Excellent presentation skills and communications skills
-
Strong team player with a positive attitude and a drive to win deals
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) a plus
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent
-
Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving skills are essential.

Project management or leader qualities also a plus

Have an excellent business understanding of the market place and competitors
